You have a 14-day exchange and return right, which is counted from when you have received the products. Please notify hello@oliverslifestyle.com in advance of a return or exchange. Tell us the reason for returning the product. We will give you instructions for the return.

We refund the price of the product, shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that non-delivery is not a return.

The returned product must be in the same condition as the original, which also means that the returned product is carefully packed. Made-to-measure products do not have the right of exchange or return.

The refund will be credited to the same credit card or account with which the purchase was paid, if the product is returned in the same condition as the original within 14 days of the return notification. We do not accept cash on delivery returns.
