Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

In a dispute situation, the parties try to resolve differences primarily through negotiations. If the negotiations do not lead to a settlement, the disagreements will be resolved in Finland at the Helsinki District Court. However, the customer can take the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before taking the matter to the court or the consumer dispute board, the customer is advised not to contact consumer advice.
