Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

The payment intermediary service related to online banking payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the consumer's perspective, the service operates exactly like traditional online payments.

NOTE. Once the payment has been made on the online banking site, the user must return to the Oliver’s Life and Style site according to the instructions of the online bank, at which point the order will be activated.

 

Delivery

We deliver orders outside of FInland with Postnord. The delivery time for orders with all products in stock is usually 1-3 working days within Finland and 3-10 working days in Europe. Oliver's Life & Style is responsible for the freight risk, i.e. the risk that the product will be damaged or lost during transport from our ware house to you. You bear the risk for the package, if you use your right of withdrawal and make a return of one or several goods.

When you have a parcel to pick up you’ll get a notification via SMS or email. When our warehouse has packed the goods, you will receive a delivery confirmation via e-mail and shortly thereafter you will receive information about your package tracking ID from the carrier. If your parcel is damaged in any way when you receive it, it is important that you document the damages in accordance with the instructions set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping in selected EU countries:

Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain and Italy

We apply the applicable Finnish legislation in deliveries.

In Finland, we will hand over the order to Posti, Matkahuolto, or DB Schenker for transport within approximately 1–3 business days from the order." 

The parcel will be delivered to the nearest Posti parcel locker or pickup point.
"The Matkahuolto package will be delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto, Matkahuolto agent's package point, or parcel locker; the package can be picked up from selected K-Markets and R-kiosks. The DB Schenker pickup point network includes about 500 pickup points (including R-kiosks, Citymarkets)."
and the package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point of the recipient.

No matter which delivery method you choose, you will always receive a SMS or e-mail when your package is ready for pickup. Delivery costs are indicated at checkout. Delivery costs are automatically added to the total amount. For purchases over 150 euros, delivery is free.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall primarily seek to resolve disagreements through negotiation. If negotiations do not lead to a settlement, the disagreements shall be resolved in Finland at the Helsinki District Court. However, the customer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. The customer is encouraged to contact consumer advice before bringing the matter to the court or the Consumer Disputes Board.
